  • 2. ARCHITECTURE AND CONCEPTION.

    Based on business requirements, digital value creation, the number of sensors and services, and the size of the data, we derive the technical requirements and define the system architecture. For Industrie4.0 solutions, we use a Lambda architecture, which is a combination of our ,,Real-Time Analytics” and ,,Big Data Analytics” platform.

  • 3. DEVELOPMENT : ANALYTICS

    The development phase consists of an “Analytics” and a “Streaming” part. The objective of the “Analytics” development is to develop a model on the basis of the historical data, which, for example, determines the probability of a failure in predictive maintenance. To avoid a failure, countermeasures are taken when a certain probability is reached.

  • 4. DEVELOPMENT: STREAMING

    After the required model and data structure are in place, we develop the “streaming” part of the Lambda architecture. It affects components such as the IoT interfaces, Spark streaming jobs and output servers and services. At the end of the phase, the functionalities can be simulated according to the business requirements in the development environment based on individual sensors.

    In the test phase, we test the Industrie4.0 solution and the optimized processes under real conditions. We focus on load, system and process integration. At the same time, we conduct coaching with your employees.
