Process management module
In the EM Process Management module, you can map the process management lifecycle. The objective is to identify, design, document, implement, control and improve business processes and document the internal control system (ICS). For this purpose, the module offers you the following functionalities:
Management
Capture processes, assign responsibilities and authorization groups, and describe process goals. The process owner performs the release of the process into production.
Creation
Process modulation and process description. Work instructions and documents can be attached to the respective tasks. It also enables the ICS (internal control system) to be mapped.
View
The processes can be viewed in the view and communicated as work instructions.
Review
As part of the process life cycle, processes are evaluated in terms of effectiveness and efficiency. Suggestions for improvement can be noted here.
Report
The processes can be evaluated in terms of efficiency and effectiveness.
